If you're not satisfied we will be more than happy to exchange your merchandise or offer you a full refund. We'll also refund shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. All returns must be done within 14 days of receipt. Only items that are unwashed and unworn may be returned or exchanged. Worn or washed items will be sent back to the shipper. When making a return, be sure to include the following criteria: your name, address, phone number, and reason for return or exchange. If you would like to exchange your item please be sure to include new item's code/size/color. Packages must be returned prepaid; we don't accept C.O.D. deliveries.
